Asian Australian Studies Research Network (AASRN)

Our network builds the research community around Asian Australian Studies.

AA Meetups

Asian Australian meetups (AA meetups) have been held many times over the years, in various cities, with various organisers, and with varying consistency!

What are they for?

AA meetups are an informal get-together of Asian Australian Studies Research Network (AASRN) members, friends, and allies. We’re often discussing current issues, projects, and plans, and generally interested in building greater inclusiveness in Australia. It’s a great chance to catch up with colleagues and friends who are similarly interested in anti-racist / social justice initiatives.

Everyone interested in Asian Australian Studies or issues is welcome.

How do I find out the venue details?

Join the AASRN Facebook group. This is where all the details of the various AA meetups will be posted.
